Shipping Policy Overview

TOOO Cycling Store takes pride in delivering the highest quality products in a timely fashion to our customers. We comply with all state and country laws and will not ship hazardous materials unless proper documentation and procedures are followed. With that in mind, we do use trusted LTL freight carriers and conventional mailing services with package tracking and product value coverage. This ensures that our customer’s cycling products are delivered in a more reliable and safer way than other shipping methods. Due to the careful team coordination of each order, tracking numbers are not provided immediately after purchase, but are sent directly to our customers from our customer support manager, who handles all details of the shipment from start to finish. 


Timeframes

Generally, as long as a product is in stock, orders will ship within 5-15 business days within the USA. Orders can be shipped to specific countries and may be charged a higher shipping rate. Our shipping rates do not include tarrifs, taxes, VAT fees, and/or customs fees, or any other fees associated with a country’s own laws and bylaws.


If an item is not in stock, and the order is being placed where the item is on “back order” or a “pre-order” - the item(s) will be shipped as soon as they have arrived to our warehouse and are processed. This processing time can take up to 3 business days, but is often less time. As the purchaser, you may at any time contact our customer service center at gwmg.emobility@gmail.com for an update. Please be advised that once your tracking number is generated, you will receive a separate email with that information automatically.

Our website WWW.TOOOCYCLING.STORE is an authorized official distributor of the TOOO Cycling products in the territories of the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom and France. We may not ship to other countries as per our contractual obligations with our partners. If you are located in a country that does not fall in our territories of business, you can contact our customer service at gwmg.emobility@gmail.com and we will connect you with our international TOOO Cycling Distribution Network who will then manage your inquiry.
